THE MAN IN THE MOON
How did the moon end up in Ellie’s back garden? And what happened next?
Join Ellie, the Man in the Moon, and their musical friends for this whistle-stop journey through space and time.
This is an inspiring musical tale that helps us to understand how our planet has become so damaged, and how we now all need to do our bit - and do it a lot!

This interactive musical, performed by 3 singers, a violinist and accordionist, is written by John Savournin, with original music and lyrics by Samuel Bordoli (Composer in Residence at Scottish Opera 2017-2020).
Alongside the 35-40 minute performance, the audience are invited to two pre-show workshops - a musical session in which they will learn songs and movements to then sing in the performance, and an arts and crafts session, in which they will make a pocket time-machine, so they can go on a journey through time with the Man in the Moon.
